HIT THE POST (11) has his first look at a turf track. Was a winner when resuming then tackled in a Listed Race last time, finishing second and beaten 4 lengths over 1m1/2f at Finger Lakes. Should settle just off the speed despite the draw. Leading contender. AMPLITUDE (2) was out of the money when resuming from a lay-off last start over 1m1/2f at Aqueduct, beaten 3 lengths. Tackling a deeper field this time but he is fitter and good enough to feature. FIDELIGHTCAYUT (7) has recently been thereabouts without winning, the latest effort a third over 1m at Monmouth Park (Turf). Has a high cruising speed. Capable of testing this field. EL DE LARRY (5) did well to score two runs ago then turned in a nice run last time out when third over 1m1/2f at Aqueduct, beaten 2.75 lengths. Worth another chance.
