WARRIOR RICHARD (9) scored a 2 length win on dirt at Churchill Downs in a then followed up with a minor placing, again on dirt, at Churchill Downs over 1m1f six-and-a-half weeks ago. Reunites with jockey Jose Ortiz who knows him well, including two wins while aboard. Expecting a bold showing. CUT THE CORD (10) last appeared a month ago over 1m1f at Aqueduct when he finished second. This is his first run for the Michelle Giangiulio stable. Should be thereabouts. THEN (3) is a progressive four-year-old entire who hasn't raced since finishing third over 1m1/2f at Keeneland (Turf) on April 19 which was the only run of that prep. Has never been out of the placings when resuming from three tries. Sure to be competitive. BE OF COURAGE (7) finished sixth two runs back then improved last start but found a couple better over 1m4f at Aqueduct, beaten 4 lengths. Nicely placed to find winning ways.
