WARRIOR RICHARD (15) was a winner on dirt over 1m1/2f at Churchill Downs in a then followed up with a minor placing, also on dirt, over 1m1f at Churchill Downs more recently. Change of rider to Jose Ortiz who has an excellent strike rate when in the saddle, including two wins. Sure to run well. MAYOR OF MIDNIGHT (7) broke his maiden last start over 1m3f at Aqueduct (Turf), scoring by a nose. Sparingly raced and has more to offer. Big chance to go back-to-back. NAVY SEAL (5) was ridden quietly then picked up fairly well in the straight and finished 3.5 lengths away in fourth last time out over 1m1f at Churchill Downs two months ago as 9/4 favourite. Steps up in journey. Can play a big role. INTERCEPTOR (16) returned from a lay-off with a determined 0.1 lengths win over 1m at Aqueduct. Switches to a turf track for the first time. Has good early toe so he should be handy in the run. Not to be discounted.
