MAYA PRINCE (6) is back from a break of 11 weeks. Raced below par at his only appearance last prep when fifth over 5½f in stakes class at Laurel (Turf). Looks a winning chance while fresh. GUN IT (11) showed good early speed and raced just off the lead before lifting to score by 0.8 lengths over 6f at Aqueduct (Dirt) last start. Sure to go well again. CHESS MASTER (3) registered a strong win at Gulfstream Park two runs ago. Not disgraced last time out when in contention on the corner before finishing fifth over 5½f at this track, beaten 2 lengths. Finds a more suitable contest and can get the job done. DOCTOR JEFF (5) didn't make an impact at his last run before going for a lay-off on 29/03/2025, finishing tenth and beaten 8 lengths over 1m at Listed level at Gulfstream Park (Turf). Has to be respected.
