HILARIOUS AFFAIR (8) progressed nicely last time out to finish just half a length from the winner in third over 5½f at Gulfstream Park after being in the firing line on the turn. Taking on a better field but he is good enough to figure in the finish. Group 3 placegetter GASLIGHT DANCER (2) hasn't been able to break through for an extended period, the latest effort a sixth over 6f at Aqueduct (Turf). Best figures measure up nicely. Can do a lot better. MAGNIFICENT MILE (11) has been in good form, scoring three back at Monmouth Park (Dirt) then placing twice in a row, most recently when third over 6f at this track (Dirt).
