QUEEN MAXIMA (1) is a talented galloper with a very good strike rate who finished off last campaign with a win over 5f at Listed level at Del Mar (Turf) on October 31. Has a strong when resuming record with one wins from two runs so she can return in winning form. NAY V BELLE (8) was out of the placings last time over 5f in Listed grade at Del Mar (Turf) but is a stronger performer at the third run back from a lay-off. Can bounce back to her best form. SPICYBUG (4) is a talented mare who was well held last time in tougher grade over 1m in the G1 Matriarch Stakes at Del Mar (Turf). Has been in solid form this campaign with a win and a placing from four starts. Shapes as one to consider. MISS LIZZY (6) resumes in a similar race to her only run last prep back on October 25 when second, beaten 1. 3 lengths. Sound record at this distance with two wins and four minor placings from seven runs and is one of the better hopes.
