Finished seventh when fresh from a lay-off two starts back in stakes class at Del Mar (Turf) then improved and scored as favourite over 6½f at this track (Turf) a month ago, getting home by 4 lengths after being in contention on the turn. Finds a suitable race and can figure in the finish. ZEUS' WAR (2) showed little early speed last start then lengthened in good style in the straight to finish third at this track (Dirt) over this journey. A repeat of the latest effort will see him in the finish again. IRISH ROYALTY (6) crossed from an outside draw last time to stalk the lead before drawing clear to win by half a length over 6f at Los Alamitos (Dirt). Will push forward and is among the chances again. KING APOLLO (1) finished eighth two runs back then did well last start but found a couple better over 1m at Los Alamitos, beaten only 0.6 lengths. Finds a suitable race and can find the winner's circle.
