Big chance once again. LEYAS CANDY (4) finished fifth two runs back at Del Mar (Dirt) then improved last time out to score by one length as public elect after being in contention on the turn over 1m at Los Alamitos (Dirt). It doesn't get any easier but on his best form he is capable of another big performance. COOLWIND (2) got well back over 1m1f at this track (Turf) last time and never threatened, eventually finishing 6 lengths away in ninth. Ideally placed and is sure to play a pivotal role. JOINT VENTURE (6) was unplaced two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 1m at Los Alamitos, beaten 3.5 lengths into fourth. Suitably placed so can turn things around.
