CONCHIERO (2) hasn't raced since a win at Warwick Farm over 7f five weeks ago. Kept ticking over with a recent trial at Randwick. Expected to go well if anywhere near his best. BIT OF SHOOSH (3) scored in a at Kyneton but was below his best last time when ninth over 1m in the Vobis Sires Guineas at Caulfield. Has the class to take this out. PULA (14) didn't do a bad job when fourth last start after being in the firing line on the turn over 7½f at this track, beaten 2 lengths. That followed a win at Bendigo the start prior. Looks well placed so expect a better run this time. PURLER PATCH (11) resumed three weeks ago over 7f at Pakenham and was only beaten 0.8 lengths into fourth. Fitter this time will prove harder to beat.
