Ideally placed and is sure to take a ton of beating. AL DUCA (4) pushed forward and was a determined winner by 1.5 lengths over 1m at Moonee Valley last time out. Has been in solid form this campaign with two wins to his name. Shapes as one to consider. LAVALIER (10) was out of the money when resuming from a lay-off last start over 6¾f at Wyong, beaten 2.75 lengths. Fitter and sure to run well.
