TOM SAWYER (6) returned from a lay-off five-and-a-half weeks ago when he was prominent at the corner before being beaten 2. 25 lengths into fourth over 5½f at Remington Park. Fitter so expect a better run this time. AGGIE'S CREED (7) is a promising type who hasn't raced since finishing 17 lengths away in tenth over 6f at Remington Park (Dirt) on September 27. Has won when fresh from a lay-off in the past. Sure to be competitive. VINO TEXAS JESS (1) is a promising galloper who resumes from a break. Last raced when second over 1m1/2f at Lone Star Park (Turf) eight months ago. Has never been out of the placings when resuming from two tries. Change of rider to Jose L Alvarez who has never been out of the money in four rides, including a win. Among the top-three hopes.
