VALENTINA ON FIRE (6) was out of the money when resuming from a lay-off last start over 1f130yards at this track, beaten 4 lengths. This doesn't look as hard so she is a leading player. SARAYU (2) resumed from a lay-off last start with a sound second over 1f80yards at this track (Dirt) after being in contention on the bend. Suitably placed to crack the maiden win. THE NEPHEW II (5) missed the placings two starts back when resuming then ran a better race and finished one length away in fourth last time out over 1½f at this track after being prominent at the bend. Finds a nice race and can feature in the finish. GALLITO BAR (4) is a 13-start maiden who wasn't far away last time when second over 1f31yards at this track (Dirt) on May 31. Generally performs well here and has registered three minor placings. Strips fitter and is in the mix.
