SPEIGHT AND MALICE (8) made it back-to-back wins when successful last start over 5½f at this track (Dirt), getting home by 1.5 lengths. Winning rider C Landeros retains the mount. It doesn't get any easier but on current form he is capable of another big performance. BALSA (6) is back at the races for the first time since November 16. Worth noting he filled a minor placing when returning from a lay-off last time in work over 6f at Oaklawn Park. Sure to make his presence felt.
