COUNT OF TOULOUSE (3) was thereabouts last time out when third at Cranbourne over 1m, beaten a neck. Ready to win. BIT OF SHOOSH (2) has progressed nicely in his last couple of runs. Finished second at Mornington two starts back then got the job done by 2. 75 lengths as public elect last time out over 1m at Kilmore. It doesn't get any easier but on current form he is one of the chief contenders. CORONA LAD (1) ran a strong second over 1m1/2f at this track two runs back then was below his best last time over 1m2f when sixth, beaten 9 lengths. Appeals back in trip this time so he is one of the main contenders. HOTINHERRE (8) ran very well when resuming then drifted back and was never a factor last time, beaten 2. 75 lengths into fifth over 7f122yards at Geelong. Top-three contender.
