TEN DEEP (11) is a progressive four-year-old mare who hasn't raced since finishing third over 7f at Sandown-Hillside on March 26 which was the only run of that prep. Fitter for one trials, filling a minor placing at her most recent appearance. Should be poised just off the lead. Will prove tough to beat. SIRIUS STATEMENT (6) started at 5/2 last time but could only manage ninth, beaten 5 lengths, at Caulfield over 7f. Solid top-three prospect. HAPPY LINK (13) made some progress last start to finish seventh over 6f at Caulfield, beaten 4 lengths. Stepping up in distance this time and is worth consideration.
