TAMAHINE (12) finished fourth over 6½f at Sandown-Hillside when resuming last start, beaten only 2 lengths after being in the firing line on the turn. Strips fitter and can bounce back. DAISY DUCK (7) was well supported on debut last start and turned in a strong effort to finish second over 7f29yards at this track. Has ability and is among the chances. STAR ANGEL (11) resumed last start over 6½f at Bendigo and showed little early speed, settling well back but hitting the line hard to finish second, beaten a neck. Strong chance again.
