BEADMAN (3) was heavily backed and justified the support when resuming last start over 5½f in the LR Fireball Stakes at Randwick, scoring by a nose. Open to plenty of improvement and looms as the one to beat again. WODETON (6) is a talented colt who tackled tougher grade last time, finishing 4 lengths behind Caballus over 6f in the G1 Newmarket Handicap at Flemington. Can feature in this easier company. HIDDEN MOTIVE (1) held on well to finish third when when resuming from a break last time out over 5½f in the LR Fireball Stakes at Randwick after leading for much of the way. Will give a bold sight again. NASHVILLE JACK (8) is close to breaking through, last start finishing just half a length away in second over 6f at Flemington. Looks well placed so expect a big run this time.
