SHENANDOAH RIVER (15) has two wins and one placing from four starts this campaign. Scored last start by 1. 5 lengths at Scone over 4½f after being racing in the leading division. This looks a sterner test than last time but on her best form she is good enough to take this out. SERENADING (16) steps up in trip after scoring last time by 0. 8 lengths over 4½f at Albury on November 7. Nice weight drop so she is expected to measure up again. SATIN STILETTO (2) finished third over 6f at Randwick at her most recent appearance on June 21. Has to be respected. LADY OLENNA (6) returns after a six-and-a-half months lay-off and looks forward enough following a comfortable Scone trial win. Will find this much tougher but is among the better hopes.
