RIEZ SOUVENT (5) stepped out on his debut over 6½f at Warwick Farm three weeks ago and finished fifth, beaten 2. 75 lengths. Expected to be very competitive. WAR KING (6) finished third last time over 6f at Kembla Grange when resuming from a lay-off, beaten 2 lengths. It doesn't get any easier but on his best form he is one of the chief contenders. MISS LOLA (9) is a three-start maiden who almost broke the ice last time out when a close second over 6½f at Warwick Farm. Likely improver with strong prospects.
