SPYWIRE (3) continued the good recent form when he finished just 2 lengths away in third last time out over 6f at this track. Should settle just off the speed despite the draw. Expected to be in the finish. EPIC PROPORTIONS (2) has progressed nicely in his last couple of runs. Finished second at Randwick Kensington two starts back then landed the prize by 1.5 lengths as public elect last time out over 5½f at Randwick Kensington. Meets some better types this time but a big run is on the cards. ART'S ALIVE (15) has been about the mark of late. Last time out was a neck from the winner in third over 6f at this track. Racing well and she should be highly competitive. HANAU (5) has switched yards since scoring by 0.7 lengths at Canterbury over 6¼f on July 9.
