WINDORAH (7) showed good early dash at the first run after a lay-off last time out and led for most of the way before being claimed and finishing 2 lengths away in third over 5f at Longreach. Sure to go well. TORVECCHIO (6) progressed nicely last time out to finish just half a length from the winner in third over 5½f at Beaudesert. Will enjoy a drop in class so she is a major player. WOLFGANG (1) was well supported when resuming last time out over 6f at Gayndah and proved too strong, scoring by half a length. Fitter for that last hitout and is among the winning hopes again. ZOUCHASE (2) finished second at Brewarrina two runs back but didn't measure up last time over 4¾f at Moree, finishing 6 lengths back in 14th. Best figures measure up nicely. Solid top-three prospects.
