AUTUMN GALE (7) finished fourth over 6f at this track when resuming last start, beaten only 1. 75 lengths. Fitter so anticipating a better run this time. ROYAL GLADIATOR (2) was prominent at the turn and progressed nicely last start to finish a close second over 6½f at Sunshine Coast after missing the placings at the previous appearance. Faces an easier assignment so he is a major player. TEN CARAT LUCY (8) sat on the pace last time but faded late when beaten 4. 5 lengths into fourth over 7¾f at Mackay. Has found the frame at all nine visits to this track, including a win. Must be respected.
