PIPISTRELLE (14) produced a reasonable effort after being in the firing line on the turn to finish one length away in fourth last start over 6f at this track. That followed a when resuming win at Mackay. Must raise the bar but another win is not out of the question. LETMELETGO (11) held on well to finish second last time out over 6f at this track after leading for much of the way. Will take catching. PRIDE OF VENUS (16) scored last start at this track to make it three wins from four starts this campaign. Record here is impressive with four wins from five starts. Expected to run well. DREAM SMART (12) missed the placings two runs back then didn't do any better last start when 6 lengths away in eighth over 6¾f at Doomben. Nicely placed to find some form.
