Was in the placings when when resuming from a lay-off last campaign at Mackay over 6½f. Shapes well and a bold showing is expected. GENERAL HIPPO (5) proved too strong two runs ago at this track. Less impressive last time out when seventh over 1m at this track, beaten 8 lengths after being in contention on the bend. Ideally placed and is sure to make amends. THE LAST SAGA (8) missed the placings two starts back then ran a better race when he worked home well and finished 4.5 lengths away in fourth last time out over 7f at this track. Has his share of talent. Hard to beat in this suitable race. BO BO BEWARE (10) doesn't boast the best winning strike rate but ran a nice race last time out, finishing fourth and beaten only 2.5 lengths over 1m at this track. Likely improver with top-three prospects.
