ELSASS (4) was racing well with three wins and a runner-up effort from five attempts however failed to keep the streak going when tenth in the Old Newton Cup Handicap at Newmarket (July) a fortnight ago. Could bounce back. PRINCE OF THE SEAS (5) aims to turn two placed efforts into a win after managing a third at Doncaster then losing out by a neck to be second at Hamilton Park last week. Quickly turned out to go one better. YAFREH (8) finished second on two occasions first at Hamilton Park and then at Thirsk last time. Expected to challenge. SALAMANCA CITY (6) cannot be discounted following a last-start triumph at Goodwood.
