Nicely placed to play a pivotal role. BETTE DAVIS (5) is back from a lay-off of five months and does go well when fresh, including a win to launch last campaign over 1m1/2f at Churchill Downs (Dirt). Will be hard to stop. PROMISEMEANEMPIRE (1) was prominent at the turn and finished third last start at the first run back from a lay-off over 1m at Delaware Park (Dirt), beaten 10 lengths. Should take a lot from that hit-out. Placed to advantage and can run a bold race.
