QUALITY CHIC (6) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 1m2 1/2f at Kentucky, beaten 4.5 lengths into fifth. Has the ability to put the recent run of form behind him. REGAL TERKA (5) drifted well back and failed to finish it off last start when fourth, beaten 5 lengths, over 7½f at this track (Turf). Meets some better types this time but he has the talent to test this line-up. WITHOUT A TRACE (1) had been racing well with two consecutive placings before last start managing only fifth over 1m1/2f at this track. Rates highly and is worth another try. NEWS AT NINE (3) produced a fair effort to finish 1.5 lengths away in fifth last start over 7½f at this track after a win the run prior. Well placed and can make amends.
