IM NO LAWYER BUTT (1) is back after a break of 11 months. Started the last campaign impressively when in the placings over 2½f at this track. Has ability and should be right in the finish. PAINT YOUR LIPS P (2) is a six-year-old mare who is having her first run for the Kevin Willis yard. Hasn't raced since finishing in the placings at Group 1 level at The Albuquerque Downs Racetrack & Casino (Dirt) five months ago. Not seen at the trials but is in a nice race. Expected to be in the finish. THIS EAGLES ARMED (4) is a promising type who hasn't raced since finishing 2.5 lengths away in fifth over 1f180yards at Evangeline Downs (Dirt) on November 22. Has never missed the frame when fresh from a lay-off in two starts. Has to be included. FAVORITE NOVA (5) resumes. Didn't make an impact at his only run last prep on 10/09/2024, finishing sixth and beaten 3 lengths over 1f180yards at Will Rogers Downs (Dirt). Has switched to the Kevin Willis yard over the break. Should park just off the speed. Deserves respect on best figures.
