PANTILE'S GIFT (7) was also unlucky to lose last time managing a head second at Bath eight days ago. Progressing and looks poised to shed the maiden tag. GWEN'S GIRL (10) proved unable to follow up a Carlisle second when debuting. Finished last but for one on that occasion running eleventh competing in a Newcastle AW maiden four weeks ago.
