PROFITABELLE (18) knuckled down strongly to get within 1. 5 lengths of the winner in third last start over 5f at this track on debut. Tougher assignment this time but a bold showing is expected. SCREEN ICON (11) is a locally trained maiden galloper who resumes after finishing in the money over 5f in the G3 Gimcrack Stakes at this track four-and-a-half months ago. Fitter for two trials, placing most recently. Capable of a big return. FIREBALL (4) is back from a lay-off of ten weeks. Won on debut at the only appearance last prep, collecting a 5½f contest at Rosehill by one length. Is lightly raced and looks forward enough after a solid recent trial. One of the better chances.
