KERGUELEN (2) progressed nicely last start when he worked home well to finish a close second over 6½f at Rosehill after missing the placings at the previous appearance. Finds a suitable race and can figure in the finish. IRON MAN (5) lifted strongly but just failed to pick up the winner last start over 6f at Rosehill. In the right race and is a winning hope. CROP DUSTER (10) was always well out of his ground when 3 lengths from the winner in seventh over 6½f at this track last start, a less impressive effort than his sixth at Randwick Kensington the run before. Best figures measure up nicely. Sure to run well. POINT AND SHOOT (1) disappointed at his last run five-and-a-half months ago when eighth in the G1 Australian Guineas at Flemington, that effort following back-to-back wins. Opened last prep with a minor placing over 6¼f at Canterbury. One of the main contenders.
