PELOSA (11) was too good for a maiden field last start over 6½f at Hawkesbury, scoring by 2.5 lengths. Is lightly raced and has plenty of scope for improvement. Sure to prove tough to beat again with that win now under her belt. MISS SPACEGIRL (9) hasn't been too far away of late, the latest effort a fourth, beaten 1.4 lengths, at Kembla Grange over 7½f. Facing a tougher assignment but can measure up. PIPERITA (10) didn't do a bad job to finish a nose away in second last start over 6¼f at Newcastle. That followed a when resuming win at Wyong. Meets some better types this time but she has the talent to test this line-up. HALLETT (2) hasn't been able to break through for an extended period, the latest effort a fifth over 6¾f at Wyong after being up on the pace until straightening. Good enough on her day and can play a prominent role.
