NAVAL COLLEGE (2) finished sixth in the G2 Zipping Classic at Caulfield over this distance last time out. Has a strong record at this trip, scoring two times from four starts. Has the pace to be in a prominent position from the outset. Best form puts him right in this. HOO YA MAL (1) finished 7 lengths away in tenth last time out over 7½f at Rosehill two weeks ago. Steps up in journey. Has good early toe so he should be handy in the run. Sure to be competitive. ALALCANCE (12) was not beaten all that far last time out when second over 1m2f at Kembla Grange. Weight reduction will suit. Has good early speed so should take up a forward position. Not to be discounted.
