GALLOPING GURU (1) did little and finished 15 lengths from the winner in fifth over 7f at Roxby Downs last start, a less impressive effort than his fourth at Balaklava the run before. Nicely placed to take this out. ARCHDEACON (7) finished a head second on turf at Murray Bridge in a then followed up with another minor placing on turf at Balaklava over 7f a month ago. In sound form and looks a major player. COWLEY'S CREEK (5) could only manage ninth two runs back then improved last start but found one better over 7f at Roxby Downs, beaten 4 lengths. Likely to hold the form and is a strong top-three prospect.
