Has the pace to be thereabouts from the outset. Finds a suitable race and can figure in the finish. SARAYA (14) finished 2.9 lengths away from the winner last time at Taree on heavy going and gets some weight relief here. Drawn to enjoy a nice trail just off the pace. Will prove tough to beat. PERASTA (6) made progress last time out, finishing 3.5 lengths from the winner in third at the end of 5¾f at Beaumont (Newcastle). Suitably placed so anticipating another big run. MR CHIPS (3) was responsible for a better run last start, beaten 2.25 lengths into fourth over 7f at Armidale. Well placed to turn things around.
