ROC THE WOLF (8) was out of the money when resuming from a lay-off last start over 4¾f at Cowra, beaten 2.5 lengths. Strips fitter and can take this out. ANTHRACIA (6) finished out of the money two starts back then was beaten 8 lengths when sixth in a 6f contest at Goulburn a month ago. Beautifully placed and is sure to prove tough to beat. VAINSTREAM (3) finished one length from the winner in fourth last start after being in the firing line on the turn over 5f at Orange, an improvement on his eighth at Goulburn the run before. Will enjoy a drop in class so he can find the winners' list. OAKEYS CHOICE (1) was in the money two starts back at Crookwell but couldn't back it up last time when sixth, beaten 3.5 lengths, at Goulburn over 4½f. Suitably placed so anticipating a better run this time.
