PIONEER PETE (10) finally got his reward at Wetherby last month when landing a maiden hurdle by 16L. Has some smart form from earlier in the season and looks well treated for this handicap debut. Fellow British raider SPIROU (1) got off the mark on stable debut at Newbury last month winning narrowly by 0. 5L. Should improve physically from that run and looks a major threat off top weight. DEE'S LADY (13) now has a first time tongue strap fitted alongside the cheekpieces having finished runner up over fences at Downpatrick four weeks ago. Bold show expected.
