DEMANDING GERRY (11) returns from a lay-off. Impressed with a solid 1. 75L second in a 2m4f novice hurdle at Clonmel and fitter for that run is expected to progress again. Capable of going one better. NEWPORT (17) went close to the placings of late. Finished fourth tackling 2m2f at Downpatrick after a previous unplaced effort at Tramore attempting 2m4 1/2f and might build on recent runs. Makes appeal. DUNANY POINT (5) proved consistent recording a creditable second in a 2m4 1/2f contest at Bellewstown before a 3L third in a 2m2f hurdle at Listowel. GORTMORE LADY (12) improved last time finishing third at Roscommon and might feature again.
