LA GIRVINA (1) is in great form lately scoring two wins in a row, the latest here over 1m1/4f by one length. Rates well and looks tough to beat again. URBAN STAR (6) progressed nicely last time out to finish just a nose from the winner in second over 1m1/4f at Delaware Park after being in the firing line on the bend. Going up a level this time but she cannot be underestimated. LITTLE MARTHA (3) got the job done last start by 1.5 lengths at this track (Synthetic) over 1m. Has a very good record here including two wins from four starts. Should be competitive. LA ARTISTA (7) is close to breaking through after three consecutive placings, the latest coming when third over 1m at Thistledown (Dirt). Looks well placed so expect a big run this time.
