ONE LAST BID (3) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start when he got a long way back over 1m at Laurel, beaten 8 lengths into seventh. This is a nice drop in grade so he can find the winners' list. ITZCOATL (5) finished sixth two runs back at Horseshoe Indianapolis (Dirt) then improved last time out to score by 1.3 lengths after being in the firing line on the turn over 6f at Belterra Park (Dirt). This looks a sterner test than last time but on his best form he is right in contention. AWESOME WIND (1) has switched yards since finishing fifth five weeks ago over 1m at Thistledown. Well-placed and is among the chances. BOUNTEOUS (7) turned in another moderate effort last start when 23 lengths from the winner in eighth over 1m1/4f at Tampa Bay Downs. Better than recent efforts suggest.
