DIAMONDHARD STONE (8) finished third last start over 1m1/4f at this track (Synthetic) to make it five minor placings from 11 runs. Has a sound record here with five top-three finishes from 10 starts. Has the ability to take this out. BROMISTA (5) is a four-start maiden who could only manage to finish seventh at his latest appearance over 1m1/4f at this track (Synthetic) after he gave away a big start. Expected to feature in the finish this time. HARBOUR BRIDGE (3) is a four-year-old gelding who is still a maiden after eight starts but has been in the placings three times. Never a threat when resuming last start over 6½f at Ellis Park (Dirt), finishing 13 lengths from the winner in eighth. Solid contender in this line up.
