THE SIMPLE LIFE (8) found the line nicely last start to get up for second over 5½f at this track. Among the main chances. RIVER BISCOTTE (2) boxed on fairly last time over 5f at Kempsey, finishing fourth and not too far from the winner. Suited at the longer journey now and is among the each way hopes.
