Finds a suitable race and can get the job done. RAW GOLD (4) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 6½f at Gunnedah, beaten 3 lengths into fourth. Suitably placed so anticipating a big run this time. COMBS (2) is a 13-start maiden who finished second over 6f122yards at Taree last time out after being in contention on the turn. Finds an easier assignment and can take the next step and salute.
