Has a strong record at this course, scoring two times from four starts. Leading contender. BOSS (8) has been in the market at his last couple of runs since resuming but failed to threaten, the latest effort a modest fifth at Hawkesbury over 5½f. Open to improvement and is among the chances. TIME FOR VICTORY (1) finished out of the money two starts back then was beaten 2 lengths when sixth in a 6f contest at Newcastle three-and-a-half weeks ago. The engagement of Aaron Bullock is a positive move. Tackling a more suitable race this time so he is perfectly placed to score. OBELIUS (9) missed the placings two runs back then didn't do any better last start when 5.5 lengths away in tenth over 7f at Dubbo. Likely improver with strong top-three prospects.
