SACRED CHORD (3) improved last time out, finishing 1. 4 lengths from the winner in third at the end of 6f at Gawler. Worth noting Teagan Voorham goes aboard. Looks well placed so expect another big run. ORIEDOS (4) returned from a lay-off two weeks ago when he was beaten 6 lengths into fourth over 6f at this track. Has a fair record when second up, including two top-three finishes. Strips fitter and can play a major role. LAPILLI (8) finished 4 lengths away in seventh last time out over 5½f at Bordertown when fresh from a lay-off. Steps up in journey. Settles back early but winds up late. Will prove tough to stop. HASSLEFREE (1) was unplaced two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 6f at Clare, beaten 1. 4 lengths into fifth. Well placed to bounce back.
