TORQUED UP (4) turned things around last start and scored by a nose over 6f at Carnarvon. No reason he cannot salute again. SIMPLY ROSSO (1) showed good early dash last time out and led for most of the way before being claimed and finishing 1.5 lengths away in third over 5½f at Roebourne. Should go well. VERNACULAR (6) hasn't made an impression lately despite market confidence. Last start could only manage seventh over 6½f at this track. Rates highly on best figures - can do much better. ROYALZEL (2) was well in commission last time but ran below expectations when fourth and beaten 21 lengths over 6f at Marble Bar. Should camp just off the leaders. Should give backers a sight.
