ALFA WHITEBURD (1) couldn't have been anymore impressive than when winning a Chester handicap last week scoring by 8L. Responded well since having wind surgery and will prove hard to beat. DORNEY LAKE (3) belatedly gained the fifth win of his career when narrowly getting the better of a competitive field at Doncaster two weeks ago. No reason to suggest he cannot replicate. MR COOL (5) is well exposed and doesn't boast the best strike-rate however only narrowly missed at Carlisle. Not ruled out. Six-time winner ONE OF OUR OWN (6) went well at Redcar. Specialist there and needs to transfer form to here.
