Race Tip

LARAVIE (2) appears to be progressing rapidly as she did this time last year over hurdles. Took a 2m event at Catterick last time beating the re-opposing ZIMMERMAN (3) by 2. 75L. Will take some stopping. LADY PHOEBE (7) scored easily at this venue over the marathon trip of 2m5 1/2f on penultimate outing. Modest effort since but can't ignore back at this track. MERRIJIG (1) has a fair record in staying events under this rider. Had a pipe-opener at Kempton two months ago and this test should suit. Keep on side. GOLDEN SAMBA (11) will need to settle better than last time. Hasn't stood much racing however and carries a featherweight here.
