RIVA AQUARAMA (1) finished 2 lengths from the winner in fifth last start over 7f at Belmont Park, an improvement on her seventh at Belmont Park the run before. Faces an easier assignment so she is likely to play a big role. BANNERED (5) wasn't disgraced in city class last time when finishing fifth at Belmont Park. Will find this easier than last start. Will be hard to stop. MILITARY JANE (12) improved sharply on her sixth two starts back at York with success over 7f at Belmont Park two-and-a-half weeks ago, getting home by a neck after being prominent at the bend. Finds a suitable race and can make it back-to-back wins. WESTERN JET (4) broke his maiden last start over 6½f at Belmont Park when resuming, scoring by a head. Sparingly raced and has more to offer. Must be respected now that the penny has dropped.
