KANAS MTOTO (4) is a two-start maiden who finished fourth, beaten 0. 6 lengths, when resuming from a lay-off last start over 5f at Belmont Park. Improvement to come and this is his chance to break through. SPECIAL COUNSEL (6) has not raced since his debut back on November 4 when he finished sixth over 6f at Bunbury. With the blinkers added is sure to go well. RIGATONI (9) returned from a lay-off two weeks ago when she was in contention on the bend before being beaten 4 lengths into fourth over 5f at Belmont Park. Strips fitter and can take care of this field. FLAG HIGH (10) returns after four months in the paddock. Closed the last campaign with a fifth over 1m at Albany. Ran fifth in a recent trial at Lark Hill. Nicely placed and can figure in the finish.
